Mesmerizing Mauritius, Tiny Island in the Indian Ocean
Visiting Mauritius reminds me of a wonderful quote from a book by Dave Barry, “Another great thing about travel: It often serves to remind you that the world is full of things that are not about you.” And it serves our travel in Mauritius, despite its tiny, the island is mighty for its nature and diversity.
Yellowstone: Hayden Valley
A picturesque valley next to Yellowstone River, where the herds of bison are usually seen. Although we did not see many bison on our stop at the valley, the scenery of the Hayden Valley was truly breathtaking.
Yellowstone: Norris Geyser Basin
Numerous geothermal features in the basin that worth to visit. The geothermal features such as thermal ponds, geysers, and mud pots are astonishing, that at the same time remind me there is a supervolcano beneath the surface and it has the power to erupt at any time.
