I think I have mentioned already how much I love European Gothic architectures, they are not only photogenic but also allowing us to have fantasy with! About this image’s technical details, sincerely I had to edit the light rays in Adobe Photoshop CS. The original image had light rays coming through the dome, however it was not long enough to show the dramatic effect inside a Gothic Cathedral. Thus after few edits here and there then viola: the rays looked longer and more dramatic than its original. For tutorial to create the light rays, please check this post: How to Add Light Flare & Light Rays in Photoshop.
The image itself was captured in Basilica Santa Maria del Mar (Barcelona, Spain). The story of the complete travel as you can read in Lost in Gothic Quarter.
