Amazing Ceilings of the Vatican Museums
Vatican museums’ ceilings art is known worldwide. Some paintings and crafts on the museum’s ceiling were designed in the 15th century. When I visited the museum with my mother, I kept looking up to the ceiling because every room had its arts and history. Followings are images of amazing ceilings inside the Vatican Museums…
The Rotunda Room
The Tapestries Hall
The Maps Hall
The Papal Apartments
The Sistine Chapel
The Spiral Staircase
All images are taken by myself during the visit using a fish-eye lens.

Oh, what wonderful photographs, Indah. You awaken great memories… Do you mind if I share on my blog? The time I was there nobody even thought of digital cameras. I guess it’s time to go back 😉 Thanks for sharing!
Thank you so much! Of course, you can share it on your blog. Thank you so much for sharing them 🙂 Have a great day!!
Stunning images of this glorious place. They indeed awaken my memories. 🙂
Thank you so much, Amy! 🙂
These are much elaborate than what i have experienced in the US till date, no wonder Europe it is 🙂
That’s something I miss about Europe when moving to the US as well. But at least the US has plenty nature to see 🙂
Fantastic photos, Indah. I like seeing just the ceiling art concentrated here. That spiral staircase with the perspective of looking straight up (the final photo) is especially breathtaking.
That’s my favorite part of the museums – impressive design that can be seen up and below! Thank you so much, Jet!
Bonjour Indah, tes photos sont de toute beauté, une merveille 🙂 Un grand merci et bravo.
Mes amitiés.
Merci, Denise!
Indah, ze zijn allemaal zo mooi en ook zeer antique en unique. De groeten!
Inderdaad! Dankjewel ❤
