Sunset in Costa Rica
Sunset view represents the half-light scenery, as in my opinion. Half-light to end the day, half way to begin the night. On our recent travel in Costa Rica, we enjoyed the view of the sunset on its Pacific Coast. Some images here were taken in different locations in Costa Rica.

Sunset in Costa Rica
I love seeing the sunset, it’s a beautiful way to end the day and to start the evening. I could not find a poem to express how I fell about the sunset but the following lines from Nicholas Sparks’ book certainly work.
“Dusk is just an illusion because the sun is either above the horizon or below it. And that means that day and night are linked in a way that few things are there cannot be one without the other yet they cannot exist at the same time.”
― Nicholas Sparks, The Notebook
Information for Indonesian travelers who wish to visit Costa Rica as tourists:

However, for Indonesian passport holders with multiple entries of a tourist visa, a visa for crew or a business visa for the U.S. or Canada are allowed to entry without visa prior arrival. Note: Such visa must be stamped in the passport and be valid for at least 1 day (The length of stay may not be greater than the validity of the visa and may not exceed 30 days).
- Do check with the Costa Rican Consulate/Embassy at your home country for the further update of the tourism and travel safety.

Beautiful photos Indah! I love watching sunsets too and sometimes make it a ritual to slow down and be…, blessings, Brad
Thank you so much, Brad! Let’s hope for beautiful sunset on this Easter evening 🙂 Have a blessed Easter!
Thank you Indah. We have a nice one happening now! 🙂
Indeed Indah there can’t be a better depiction of nature, it is at its best during the sunset and the sunrise, we go to far off places and there are places where the same sunset and sunrise looks so different. We keep wondering. We start contemplating the magic in the sun and the place, particular in the backdrop of sea and the large mountain ranges and small valleys, it presents a different color and shades which makes that part of the nature’s event truly magical.
In fact these scenes are photographers delight and they keep waiting for hours and keep taking those frames every second of the rising sun and setting sun, and in between lies the perfect shot which cannot be timed, it has to be tried and tried, comes from that trial some beauty that keeps us mesmerizing for posterity, every time we see those moments we get inspiration and our fascination for the beauty of nature transcend all barriers. The reflections in your photos are simply beautiful…
Have a lovely Sunday.
😀
