A Balinese Woman

Mepeed is a Balinese tradition that I wish to take picture someday. It is a tradition of a group of Balinese women carrying offerings (called as gebogan) on top of their head from their village to the temple. I was told the offerings could reach up to one meter tall! Not being fortunate to witnessed the procession while in Bali (Indonesia), at least I managed to take a picture of a Balinese lady while carrying a small offering or perhaps her stuff on top of her head. If you wonder how Mepeed tradition looks like, please visit Flickr Page on Mepeed Photos.

Hope you are having a great Monday!
